The villas have been skillfully restored by the owners preserving their original characteristics, leaving unchanged the external structure of the farmhouses, reintegrating the degraded parts with ancient recovery materials dating back to the same period as the structure, and recovering the internal parts in perfect Tuscan style.

The rooms are well-lit and tastefully furnished, equipped with independent air conditioning, WI.FI service and TV. Each one is different from the other and is distinguished by the name of a flower (rose, lilac, hydrangea, lavender, jasmine, primrose, etc.). Delicate curtains overlook the windows, wrought iron beds and antique furniture offer a feeling of serenity. Each room has its own private bathroom complete with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, magnifying mirror.

In the spring months, the villas come alive with sports activities, hiking, horseback riding, or biking, in the autumn mushroom and truffle picking, spotting animals along the bends of the Tiber or in the Apennines. Children are welcome and can play safely in the large fenced and shaded gardens.
